GE Energy's solar battery module manufacturing

Motech Industries Inc. announced its acquisition of GE Energy in Delaware crystalline solar PowerBook G4 Battery module manufacturing systems.

Based on the two sides and the long-term and friendly cooperative relations and Motech solar latitude d600 battery companies is the leadership in the manufacturing industry ,Motech Corporation and GE Energy reached a purchase agreement together today .According to the purchase agreement, GE Energy, Motech company will get solar battery module manufacturing as GE Energy established a high standard manufacturing process, and continue to manufacture solar battery module.At the same time, through this agreement, Motech will authorize the use of GE Energy to achieve the production of solar battery,such as inspiron 1721 battery module of the trademark for two years. Motech and will continue to GE Energy's existing solar cell modules to provide maintenance services.

Motech chairman and chief executive officer, Dr. Yuan-Huai Zuo said Motech is pleased to be able to get GE Energy's solar latitude d830 battery module manufacturing.

This transaction about latitude d600 battery manufacturing has entered the final program, and is expected to be in early January 2010 to complete all transactions.
