ZONEPV displayed the high conversion efficiency of silicon-based thin-film solar Battery panels

Jiangsu from China Arts photovoltaic (ZONEPV) displayed the conversion efficiency of amorphous silicon-based thin-film solar thinkpad t40 battery panels open is 10.28% in the PV EXPO 2010 Third International Solar Exhibition" . When the silicon-based thin-film solar cells of exhibitors dropped, the companies have demonstrated a high efficiency products.



The thin-film solar cells ,like the klic-7004 battery ,is made of amorphous silicon PV panel display and micro-crystalline silicon in series. Size is 1109.6mm × 1309.6mm. Opening the Ministry of stable module conversion efficiency is 10.28%, open voltage is 183.025V, short-circuit current is 1.1106A, form factor (FF) is 0.6883. The maximum output power is 139.907W, panel conversion efficiency is 9.6%. The conversion efficiency will be higher as a tandem-type thin-film silicon solar cell for thinkpad t400 battery. Butmeasured value temperature is 21.3 ℃ .



Variety is a one-stop production of amorphous silicon-based photovoltaic thin film solar cell and module manufacturers. a production base is about 100km north of Nantong City in Shanghai across the Yangtze River . The company is currently building the size of annual production capacity of 80MW manufacturing facility has been completed the size of 30MW.



"PV JAPAN 2009" displayed various manufacturers competing silicon-based thin-film solar cells,such asthinkpad t61 battery and vgp-bps2a battery ,in June 2009. But this is completely different, this type of solar cells exhibited drastically reduced. In particular, many manufacturers are not participating device manufacturers.
